• The Shipping charges are RM10 per toner for West Malaysia and RM20 for Sabah & Sarawak.
  • We will send you and e-mail within 24 hours confirming your order includes tracking numbers when the item is shipped out from our premises.
  • We offer Pos Laju & Pgeon. However, we reserve the right to select the shipping method and carriers requirement.
  • We will deliver the item within 24 hours after confirming the order (normal office hours) and we will inform customer direct e-mail in case of late deliver.
  • For pre-order item; we will direct inform customer through email about the delivery schedule.
